Office Policies

24-hrs Notice of Cancellation

We always ask for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment, whether it be for a pediatric patient, single family member or otherwise. This allows us to fill this appointment slot with a patient in need. If a patient no-shows or cancels with less than 24 hours notice, we charge at the rate of that missed visit. (Emergencies excepted and reviewed on a case by case basis.) We thank you for understanding!

Snow Day Policy

As a general rule, we follow snow day cancellations as set by BVSD and SVVSD. If for any reason we need to cancel due to our staff being unable to get to the office due to weather, you will receive both a text and email by 7 am the day of your appointment outlining the cancellation and ways to reschedule. We will then follow up with a phone call to help you reschedule. Our phone/answering message will also reflect this closure and so you may call the office if you’d like.
